What happens next. Send this form and you'll hear from us confirming your place. Then, in order: your invoice, your diagnostic link, and — about a week before — your joining details with the agenda. A certificate of participation follows once you've completed the programme.

Your diagnostic needs to be completed by Tuesday 10 November. Registration closes Friday 6 November 2026. Cancel up to 14 days before the Lab for a full refund; after that you can send a colleague in your place or move to the next edition.
