What we collect, and why

Only what the registration form asks for, and only what we need.

WhatWhy we need itLegal basis
Name, email, phone, job title, organisation To confirm your place, send joining details, reach you if something changes, and contact you on the day. Performance of a contract
Invoicing details — billing name, address, VAT number, purchase order reference To issue a valid invoice and keep the accounts. Contract, and a legal obligation under Belgian accounting and VAT law
What you'd like to work on, if you choose to tell us To prepare the cases and exercises for the group. Read only by Kasia Biernacka and Tanja Niederschick. Consent — the field is optional
Dietary requirements, if you give them To order lunch you can actually eat. Not stored beyond the event. Consent — the field is optional
How you heard about us, if you tell us To know which of our efforts reach people. Legitimate interest
Your email for future editions, if you tick that box To let you know when a new edition opens. Consent — you can withdraw it at any time
Your diagnostic answers and resulting profile To produce your personal capability profile and shape your day. Discussed with you; never shared with your employer, even when your employer is paying. Performance of a contract

We don't ask for special category data — nothing about your health, beliefs, origin or anything similar. A dietary requirement can imply something personal, so we treat it as given voluntarily, use it only to order food, and delete it after the event.

Your employer never sees your results

This matters enough to say separately.

If your organisation pays for your place, they receive an invoice and confirmation that you attended. That is all.

Your diagnostic profile, your development priorities, anything you say in the room and anything you write on the registration form stay with you. They are not reported, summarised or discussed with your manager, your HR department or anyone else.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers, each acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

If we add or change a provider, this list is updated before the change takes effect.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, uses no analytics, runs no advertising pixels and tracks nobody. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why you aren't being asked.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts a Google server and your IP address is visible to it in the process. Nothing else about you is sent, and no cookie is set.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and affects you, we'll email you.

A note on this document. It was written to describe accurately what actually happens with your registration, in plain language rather than legal boilerplate. It is not legal advice.
