Why you?

Staying relevant in the age of AI. What will make you valuable when expertise alone is no longer enough?

One full day in Brussels — plus a diagnostic beforehand, a 90-day plan, and an online check-in 30 days later.

Tuesday 17 November 2026 · One full day, until 17:00 · Brussels · In English · Maximum 20 participants

A personalised development programme for experienced managers, specialists and leaders who want to strengthen their advantage as AI changes work.

You have experience. You have results. You've spent years becoming good at what you do.

But a question may have started following you:

What if AI takes over a significant part of what I do?

If there are redundancies — would I be one of the people they really want to keep?

If expertise becomes easier to access, what will differentiate me?

And perhaps the most important one:

What should I be getting better at now?

This is not AI training.

You won't spend the day learning prompts, tools or automation.

You'll work on what AI doesn't absorb: making the call when there's no obvious answer, influencing people who don't already agree, staying steady in a difficult conversation, adapting when what worked before stops working.

Not all of it. The diagnostic tells you which of these is worth your attention first.

What will you get from the programme?

One day — and what happens in the three months after it.

Your place includes

  • Your personal capability profile, from the Professional Value Diagnostic™
  • Full-day live Lab in Brussels
  • The Stress Test
  • Applied practice based on your priorities
  • Expert challenge and feedback
  • Your development map
  • Your individual 90-day plan
  • 30-day implementation period
  • Online check-in
  • Workshop materials
  • Lunch & refreshments
  • Maximum 20 participants

The cohort is deliberately limited because the programme is built around individual profiles, practice and feedback — not anonymous conference-style learning.

Registration closes Friday 6 November 2026, so your diagnostic can be completed and analysed before the Lab.

AI doesn't have to take your job to change your value.

And slowly — without one dramatic moment — what once made you highly valuable stops being enough.

Not because your experience becomes irrelevant. But because experience alone no longer differentiates you in the way it once did.

And the worst moment to discover that is when someone else is already deciding:

Who gets the opportunity?

Who gets the bigger responsibility?

Who do we invest in?

Who do we keep?

Learning more AI tools is not the complete answer.

You should understand AI. You should learn how it affects your work.

But another tool will launch. Another model will improve. Something that takes hours today may take minutes tomorrow.

Trying to keep up with everything technology can do cannot be your entire career strategy.

There is another question:

As technology gets better, what do you need to get better at?

The more technology can do, the more your human capabilities matter.

AI is becoming extraordinarily good at analysing information, generating content, finding patterns and producing answers.

But work — especially senior work — isn't only cognitive. It involves people.

Uncertainty. Resistance. Competing interests. Difficult conversations. Judgment calls. Emotions. Trust. Change.

A leader doesn't create value simply by having the answer. They need to read the room. Recognise what isn't being said. Regulate themselves under pressure. Build trust. Navigate conflict. Challenge an apparently convincing answer. Make a call without perfect certainty. Help people move when the old way no longer works.

The more technologically advanced work becomes, the more valuable genuinely human capability becomes.

In this programme we work with four areas

Think

Can you think beyond the answer you're given?

Feel

Can you manage what happens inside you, and understand what's happening in others?

Connect

Can you move people, not just give them information?

Adapt

Can you change when what made you successful stops being enough?

Your diagnostic shows you where you stand across all four. We go into them properly on the day.

How the programme works

This is not simply a one-day training. It is a personalised development process, with an intensive live Lab at its centre and implementation afterwards.

You work with your profile, your priorities and your professional reality.

  1. 01

Before — find out where you stand

You complete your Professional Value Diagnostic™ online. Not another personality profile, and not a generic list of things you should theoretically improve. It answers where you're relying too heavily on expertise that's becoming easier to replicate, which human capabilities need strengthening, which patterns may be limiting you without you noticing, and where to start.

It has to be completed by Tuesday 10 November, so your profile is analysed and ready.

  2. 02

Identify — find your development priority

Move from broad concept to specific behaviour. "I need to be more influential" becomes "I rely too heavily on expertise to convince people who aren't already persuaded."

The first is a competency. The second is something you can practise on Thursday.

  3. 03

Put it under pressure — the Stress Test

Through challenging situations drawn from real work, you test what happens when uncertainty, difficult decisions, emotion, resistance, influence and change enter the picture.

The questions are evidence-based rather than confidence-based: when did someone who disagreed with you change their decision because of you? What have you changed about how you work in the last twelve months, because the old way stopped working? When did you last name a problem before anyone asked you to solve it?

Most people answer one of these well. Very few answer all three. The gap is the diagnosis.

  4. 04

    Practise & apply

Experiment with different ways of thinking, responding, communicating, deciding and adapting — applied directly to situations you're facing now. Not case studies about other people's companies: the meeting you're dreading, the person you can't move, the decision you keep deferring.

  5. 05

    Turn it into action

Build your development map and your individual 90-day plan: what you'll practise, where, and what you'll do differently.

Not "improve adaptability". Closer to: "Before every important recommendation I take into a meeting, I will name one assumption, one missing piece of context, and one reason I could be wrong."

  6. 06

30 days later — what actually changed?

You return for the online check-in. What did you try? What changed? What got in the way? What needs adjusting? What comes next?

Two questions. Two complementary areas of expertise.

What makes organisations trust, invest in and choose one capable professional over another?

Kasia Biernacka

Leadership Transformation Coach | HR & Organisational Development

For more than 20 years, Kasia has worked across HR, talent, leadership and organisational development, including AXA, Bridgestone and the European Climate Foundation.

Her perspective comes from being close to the organisational decisions behind careers:

  • Who is seen as having potential?
  • Who is trusted with more?
  • Who receives investment and opportunity?
  • Why do two similarly experienced professionals sometimes have very different trajectories?

She brings the organisational side of professional value into the programme.

Once you know what needs to change — how do you actually change it?

Tanja Niederschick

Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist · 16+ years in practice

Insight alone rarely changes behaviour.

Knowing you need to become more adaptable, influential or emotionally intelligent is very different from responding differently when you're actually under pressure.

Tanja brings the psychological and behavioural perspective: understanding the patterns behind how people respond, and translating insight into different choices and behaviours.

She holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and is a licensed cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, a member of the Belgian Federation and Commission of Psychologists, and teaches couple therapy to trainee CBT therapists at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Alongside CBT she is trained in ACT, therapeutic hypnosis, non-verbal behaviour and coaching, and works in French, German and English.

One lens examines what makes professionals valuable at work.
The other helps turn development into behaviour.

We don't just tell you what you'll need. We help you start building it.

Identify your gaps before someone else does

See where a behaviour or capability could limit your impact, opportunities or future position — and start working on it while you still have the choice.

Because the point isn't an interesting day. It's what you do differently afterwards.

Is this for you?

Yes — if

  • You're an experienced professional, manager or leader asking what will make you genuinely valuable for the next phase of your career.
  • You see how quickly AI is changing work and know that simply learning more tools isn't the complete answer.
  • You want to remain valuable and competitive inside your current organisation — and on the external job market.
  • You want to know where your most important development gaps actually are.
  • You want development based on your profile, not the same competency list everyone else receives.
  • And you're willing to challenge some assumptions about how you currently operate.

Probably not — if

  • You're primarily looking for AI tools, prompting or automation training.
  • You want predictions about which jobs AI will replace.
  • You're looking for a conference about AI trends and the future of work.
  • You want a motivational day where you can sit back and listen.
  • You want a certificate without changing anything.
  • Or you're mainly looking for reassurance that nothing needs to change.

"Can one day really make a difference?"

One day alone won't change years of behaviour.

That's why this programme doesn't end at 17:00.

The live Lab creates the focus, challenge and practice. Your 90-day plan takes that development into your actual work. And the 30-day check-in examines what happened when you tried to apply it.

The Lab starts the work.
Your implementation makes it valuable.

One year from now, AI will be better than it is today.

You cannot control how quickly the technology develops. But you can decide what you develop alongside it.

So perhaps the most useful question isn't "How do I keep up with AI?"

It's:

What do I need to become exceptionally good at?

Practical questions

When and where exactly?

Tuesday 17 November 2026, in Brussels. The day runs until 17:00. The venue is to be confirmed — you'll have it, with the agenda, in your joining details about a week before.

What language is the Lab run in?

English. You don't need to be a native speaker — you need to be comfortable discussing your own work and behaviour in English.

How long does the diagnostic take, and when do I do it?

You complete it online before the Lab. It needs to be with us by Tuesday 10 November so your profile is ready.

What happens after I register?

You'll hear from us confirming your place. Then, in order: your invoice, your diagnostic link, and — about a week before — your joining details with the agenda and everything practical.

Do I get an invoice for my employer?

Yes. An invoice with full VAT details is issued on registration, and we can provide a ready-to-send reimbursement request explaining the programme and its business relevance.

What if I can't attend after all?

Cancel up to 14 days before and you're refunded in full. After that you can send a colleague in your place or move to the next edition.

Is there a certificate?

Yes — a certificate of participation, issued once you've completed the programme, including the 30-day check-in.

Is this an AI course?

No. You won't spend the day learning prompts, tools or automation. The work is on the human capabilities that strengthen your professional advantage alongside AI.

The 17th doesn't work for you?

Join the waiting list and tell us what would. We run this in two formats:

In person

One full day, until 17:00.

Brussels for now — other cities open when enough people ask for them.

Online

Two sessions of four hours.

Same diagnostic, same practice, same 90-day plan and check-in — split across two half-days so it fits around work.

No cost and no commitment. You'll hear from us when a date and format that match what you asked for opens, before it goes public.

Don't just stay relevant.Become the person people want in the room.
